1. About Us
This website is operated by Dead Simple Computing Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate (20%).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
- Product descriptions and images are provided by our suppliers and are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
- Stock availability is indicative. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and offer a refund.
3. Orders & Payment
- An order is a binding contract once payment has been received.
- Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement.
4. Delivery
- We deliver within mainland UK only.
- Delivery is fulfilled by our wholesale partner, Target Components Ltd, and their appointed couriers.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered.
5. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
- To cancel, contact us at shop@deadsimplecomputing.co.uk with your order reference.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Warranty
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty as listed on the product page. Warranty claims should be directed to us and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are liable only for the purchase price of the goods ordered.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
