Our Commitment

At DSC Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.

14-Day Returns

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
  • Software products cannot be returned once the seal is broken

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please:

  • Email us at shop@deadsimplecomputing.co.uk with your order number
  • We'll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
  • Package the item securely and send it to the address provided
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)

Defective or Faulty Items (DOA)

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping
  • We may ask for photos of the defect for our records

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via PayPal to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details vary by product and are shown on the product page. For warranty claims after 14 days, we'll work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software with broken seals
  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for items returned in non-original condition or without all original packaging and accessories.
